Theysohn offers complete extrusion lines for the PVC-Industry

Theysohn specialises in complete extrusion lines for PVC processing from one source. In contrast to other supplieres, Theysohn does not buy in, but mainly uses its own products for extrusion projects, which are manufactured within the company group. This guarantees the customer safeness in the execution and a competent contact person for technical problems after commissioning. All products are manufactured at the headquarters in Salzgitter (Germany). Not only counter-rotating and co-rotating extruders (compounders) are produced in Salzgitter, but also the heart of all extruders - the plasticising unit. The competence centre for TSK compounders and the TSKaskade Unity is also located in Salzgitter.

Theysohn's Austrian branch is the competence centre for counter-rotating extruders and for the development of complete extrusion lines for pipe, pelletizing and profile extrusion. Theysohn sets new standards in efficiency, productivity and reliability with its advanced, energy-saving extruders. Projects in the field of 3-layer production, C-PVC extrusion and co-extrusion for all types of pipes and profiles are designed with the future in mind and are constantly being improved. There are further sites in Pune/India, Fort Worth/USA and Moscow/Russia.
